Transfer Snapshots Between Accounts

Under the images tab in the control panel, users can now send their snapshots to another DigitalOcean customer with a click of the mouse.

With just the email address of the recipient, users will be able to transfer a snapshot from their own account to another by clicking on the 'transfer snapshot' icon. The receiver will then have the option to accept or decline a transfer request and once the user on the receiving end accepts, the sender will no longer have access to the image.
